In order to comply with the University of Tennessee’s temporary COVID-19 policy, we are now working remotely.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to email ehhsappts@utk.edu for general questions or a member of our staff for more detailed questions.

You are also welcome to call 865-974-8194 and leave a voicemail as we will regularly check messages.

As a note, we will likely be able to respond to email inquiries more quickly than phone inquiries at this time.

If you have read through the Academic Programs and Transfer Student Information please see below for the program advisor. If you have not read the above pages, please take a moment to do so before contacting an advisor below.

If you would like an advising appointment, you must send PDF copies of all college transcripts via email to the advisor. Official transcripts need to be sent to the Office of Admissions (The University of Tennessee, Undergraduate Admissions, 320 Student Services Building, Knoxville, TN 37996-0230 or undergradtranscripts@utk.edu).

During September, October, February and March advisors will be prioritizing currently enrolled students. Response times during these months will be slower than normal. We ask that you please be patient with us during these peak advising times. The advisor will respond within 3-4 business days.
